About me

Hi, I'm Nicola, a pluralistic counsellor, who believes that therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it, There's no one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside you collaboratively, to find what fits best for you. I draw on a range of therapeutic methods to support your individual need, preferences and goals.

Whether you are looking for a space to talk, reflect, laugh, cry, or simply be heard - I'm here for you.

I have seen the transformative power of counselling first-hand, and that is why I am passionate about what I do. Therapy can help you make sense of life's challenges, reconnect with your inner strength, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. And, whilst counselling can be serious work, I bring a wicked sense of humour into the room, because sometimes laughter is the best medicine.

I'm a proud ally of the LGBTI+ community and actively support inclusive, affirming practice. Alongside my private practice, I also work with D&G LGBT Plus, helping to create safe spaces for individuals to explore identity, relationships, and mental health without fear or judgement.

I believe that counselling should be accessible for everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Mental health support isn't a luxury - it is a lifeline.

I offer reduced rates for students, low-income individuals and those facing financial hardship. If cost feels like a barrier for you, please reach out - we'll find a way forward together.

"Inclusive therapy for every identity, every budget, every journey"
