Before you read on about me, just a note about my practice. I have actively moved my practice back to online to meet current guidelines. However the BACP have stipulated that face to face appointments can be offered in extreme circumstances.
I am also available to offer walking therapy as an alternative to online. Please contact me directly for further details.

Have you got that niggling feeling that things aren't right? You don't feel happy or you feel stuck in negative behavioural patterns? Or it could be painful unresolved issues from your past, or daily life issues like anxiety that are affecting you in the here and now. Therapy is a great place to start. Through a collaborative process I can work with you to identify what might be holding you back or keeping you stuck and giving you the support you need to move forward. I work integratively which means I use different styles of therapy but tailor it to suit you as every client is an individual and has different needs.
Relationship in trouble? Couples therapy can be invaluable for providing a safe space to work through all the issues that arise between you. In my experience many couples simply lose the ability to communicate effectively and get themselves heard. I can work with you to help get you towards having a healthy relationship. I find that sometimes just a few sessions can be really effective, but of course I offer long term work and support if it is required.
I strive to create a relaxed informal confidential safe space. I am currently running my private practice in Brixton where I have put in place the necessary steps to ensure that all recent guidelines related to Covid-19 are considered.
I am qualified to work integratively and in CBT. I work with individuals, couples and young people.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
