About me
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy at your own pace. I believe that each person’s experience is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.
People come to counselling for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, ADHD, grief, trauma, or feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, we can make sense of things together.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based, neuroscientific practice. I work creatively in order to help increase self-understanding, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Starting counselling can feel daunting, but taking this step is the beginning of positive change. I welcome clients from aged 16 upwards, from all backgrounds and offer a calm, confidential space where you can be yourself without pressure or judgement.
I work face to face from the Krysallis offices or online, it is up to your preference.
