Welcome, I’m Niki, a qualified and accredited counsellor, coach and hypnotherapist. I offer a safe, confidential and supportive space for therapy, either online or in person in Plymouth, Devon.
I am approachable, compassionate and easy to talk to, and I bring a wide range of skills, training and experience to support you if we decide to work together.
My approach integrates counselling, coaching, psychological education and guided imagery with relaxation techniques, helping you work through the issues that may be holding you back and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
I have many years of experience working in a local college setting, alongside private practice, where I work from a dedicated garden therapy room in Plymouth.
Together, we can explore, develop and gently challenge patterns at a pace that feels right for you, allowing for deeper self-understanding and emotional growth.

I have over over 10 years of experience working with young people & adults in an education setting, both online and in person. I have also been working in private practice for 3 years, online and in person, from my garden therapy room.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
