About me

Are you searching for a therapist who can help you through your hardest challenges?

Whether you're looking for individual or couples therapy, I can support you through the toughest moments. I am there for you during the raw emotions and narratives, where you can express the ways you need to without shame.

Over the past 20 years, I have focused on helping individuals, couples, and polyamorous groups navigate the challenges that life throws their way.

I have sat with tears, been there during storms, and listened to silence whilst helping you unearth the patterns you may be experiencing.

During our sessions, I use an integrative approach, meaning that I bring a mixture of different forms of counselling, psychotherapy, and psychosexual methods to our sessions. This helps me be there with you during each session based on your needs and goals. This is also very beneficial when working with relationship dynamics, couples and intimacy issues, conflicts, and more. As these areas of our lives can feel like fires burning rapidly that can feel engulfing and overwhelming, I not only have the skills to keep up with these but the ability to help find why these areas of your life have become ablaze.

I will keep up with you throughout our sessions, and when needed can link up areas from past sessions with what you bring to the present.

I am an experienced couples counsellor, and relationship therapist and coach, and have acted as a sex and relationship expert for Marie Clare, Lovehoney, Je Joue, iPlaySafe, and many other brands. And, have previously written papers on Kink, Dating and social trends, and LGBTQIA+ inclusivity within healthcare for the BMJ. Amongst other publications.
