About me
I currently have space for new clients.
I offer online, telephone and face to face appointments.
I’m a qualified counsellor offering a compassionate and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and life experiences, openly and honestly, without judgement. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to support you in making sense of what you're dealing with.
Prior to counselling I have over 11 years of experience working in a community mental health team within the NHS in a variety of roles. Supporting people from different backgrounds, life experiences and various mental health difficulties such as Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD and symptoms of Psychosis.
During those years, I found my passion for working closely with people seeking help and decided to pursue person-centred counselling to move into deeper therapeutic work.
I love what I do and consider it a great honour to work with anyone willing to seek support.
Why not get in touch, I offer a free initial phone call to answer any questions you have and for us to establish if I am the right counsellor for you.
