About me
I am a compassionate, professional and down to earth Psychotherapist. I hold a Master's degree in Psychotherapy, MBACP and UKCP accredited . I have over twenty years of experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. I can support you in working through difficult life experiences such as trauma, loss and grief, abuse, neglect, personal development, and intercultural issues.
I work in a holistic way, integrating psychodynamic, humanistic, and relational approaches to both talking therapy and creative mediums such as metaphor, art, music, and movement.
Seeking help is not always easy, but it is the first step when we feel unsure how to move forward, perhaps even feeling stuck and hopeless. As your Psychotherapist, I will provide you with a safe, confidential space for you to explore your feelings and experiences.
I will help support you to:
- Explore what you have been through
- Learn how to identify strengths and meet your emotional and psychological needs
- Build your resilience, hope, courage, and self-esteem, and strengthen your confidence and your belief in yourself so that you can feel more liberated from past pain and future worries, and more contend in your present.
If you would like to embark on your therapeutic journey with me, feel free to email, text or call me and we can arrange a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your hopes and any fears about therapy.
We can then arrange your first online therapy session!

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
