About me
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Taking the first step into sharing what is troubling you is a huge positive step and it would be a privilege to walk alongside you to talk about how you are feeling and the issues presenting.
I can work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress and confidence issues. I have worked within Domestic Abuse services and have supported survivors of domestic abuse flee from their relationships and empower themselves.
Whatever is troubling you, therapy can help with this.
I offer a calm and safe space for you to speak in confidence and freely. Seeking help is a positive thing and there is no shame with reaching out.
My service:
I am available Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday online from my home from 6:00pm onwards. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Please email me on nah.counselling@outlook.com to discuss further and book a 10 minute free telephone consultation.
I can offer weekly or bi-weekly sessions for online sessions.
Therapy is never a one shoe fits all! That's why I cover an integrative approach to remain fully suited to what you present and am able to adapt to your needs. We can look at past experiences, current issues and ways to deal with future events.
Professional membership:
I work ethically and safely at all times when working with clients. As a requirement of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, I regularly partake in CPD and staying confidential is the most of importance to me.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have previously worked at Farleigh Hospice where I supported clients who have experienced bereavement and were struggling with this.

My qualifications are:
- Degree level BSc with Honours in Psychology
- Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (PROF. DIP PSY C.)
- Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory (DIP CST.)
- Level 3 Introductory Qualification in Counselling Skills (CERT CS.)
