About me
Are you caught in repeating the same patterns and behaviours for years, even decades?
Is simply getting through the day (or night) feeling unmanageable or overwhelming?
Maybe you feel numb, stuck, or confused, unsure of where to begin or what you're seeking?
I'm Natalie, I offer a secure and compassionate space to explore challenges that come up within relationships, parenthood & family life. Certain issues such as anxiety, addiction, low self esteem, anger & depression may resurface until they are fully understood at the root.
Through our therapeutic bond and connection, we will delve into all aspects of who you are and the potential of who you may want to become! Together, we will uncover your ‘blind spots’ (the aspects that hold you back and prevent your growth), your shadow parts (the emotions or traits you keep hidden, due to shame or conditioning), and the parts of you longing to be seen, heard, and felt.
Therapy doesn’t have to be gruelling - It can certainly be challenging, but through the creative and dynamic process of person-centred therapy, it’s time to truly discover yourself.
Our journey together will lead to better relationships not only with others, but most importantly - the one with yourself!
I'm here to help you strengthen and develop the bond with yourself; embracing all parts with the same compassion and strength we will develop through our sessions.

I’m a fully certified psychotherapist with a special interest and expertise in maternal mental health. I’m also a trained mindfulness instructor, enabling me to combine mindfulness within our sessions.
Trauma Informed
By instilling a trauma informed approach, I understand the complexity of childhood and past trauma and it's ongoing effects and ripples.
I approach my work with clients with respect to any known or unknown trauma by ensuring our work together feels safe and secure - once this is established, we will work at the client's pace, depending on their level of comfort.
At no point will I push or pressure a client to cover anything they are not ready to discuss. And I encourage healthy & appropriate boundaries, not only in the therapy room but within outside relationships too.
Neurodiversity
My personalised approach ensures clients with neurodiverse needs such as ADHD and autism are supported and understood throughout our work together.
Contact
If there is anything at all you wish to discuss or ask - no questions are weird or wrong - please give me a call on 07879 118 587. If I don't pick up then leave a voicemail or a text message and I will get back to you asap.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
