Need someone to talk to? Hello & welcome, i'm Natalie & i've been counselling in person & online since 2016. Understanding the mind & working out the best ways to help people help themselves is something i'm very passionate about. I use a mixture of therapy styles because everyone's different & I believe this helps create the best outcomes!
A little about me; in the past I received counselling for anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks & depression, I found it helpful & I was inspired along with other factors to learn more about it. My first counselling role was volunteering with P.R.O.P.S in Newcastle (helping the families of people with addictions) & then also volunteering with North East Counselling Services (helping people with a variety of issues get back to work). I then went on to set up private practice renting spaces in a number of different locations aiming to keep prices as low as possible to help bridge the gap between free therapy & private practice.
Locations - Most of my sessions are online via Skype or Zoom however I do have face to face in a few locations listed below. I know a lot of people can be put off with online counselling so I offer a free introductory session to see if it would suit you.
Legal info' - I am registered with the BACP, fully insured & hold a recent enhanced DBS.
Thanks for checking out my page, the best way to contact me is via email,
well done on your healing journey.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
