About me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or held back by anxiety, fear, or past experiences, you’re not alone—and change is possible. Therapy can offer you the space, support, and understanding you need to begin moving forward with greater confidence and ease.
I support people to overcome fears and limitations so they can live more fully, freely, and in a way that feels true to them. I believe that every person is unique, valuable, and capable of meaningful, lasting change—no matter how difficult things may feel right now. My aim is to help you feel empowered and more in control of your life.
I am a highly qualified and accredited Psychotherapist, registered with the BACP and BABCP, with extensive experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, health anxiety, and loss. I have worked in a range of settings, including the NHS, a University Counselling Service, and Centre 33, a charity supporting young people. This experience allows me to adapt therapy to your individual needs and circumstances.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting. The relationship we build together is at the heart of the work, and I place great importance on creating a space that feels safe, warm, and non-judgemental. You will be met with empathy, respect, and compassion, and we will work collaboratively at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach combines evidence-based therapies including CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Hypnosis, Coaching, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Stress Management techniques. By tailoring therapy to you, we can work towards reducing anxiety, building self-esteem and self-worth, and helping you feel more confident and grounded in your life—creating change that lasts beyond therapy.
If you’re considering therapy and wondering whether this could help, you’re very welcome to get in touch and book a free consultation.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
