About me
I am a COSRT Registered Sex and Relationship Therapist working with individuals and couples experiencing sexual difficulties, intimacy concerns, and relationship challenges. Whether you're struggling with low desire, arousal difficulties, erectile difficulties, painful sex, challenges with orgasm, compulsive sexual behaviours, questions around sexuality, or the impact of illness, life changes, or past experiences on your sex life, I can help.
Whether you're facing recurring conflict, communication difficulties, differences in sexual desire, or a loss of intimacy, I can support you. Together, we can identify the patterns that keep you stuck, move beyond unhelpful cycles, and create a more honest, respectful, and connected relationship.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as a Sex and Relationship Therapist at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS), whose modern, pluralistic approach recognises that sexuality and relationships are shaped by many factors, including our biology, life experiences, relationships, culture, and personal values.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked for many years as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in General Practice and Sexual Health. My clinical background also includes working in substance misuse services and supporting sex workers, giving me experience of working with a diverse range of people and a deep appreciation of the complex factors that can influence sexual wellbeing, relationships, and emotional health.
This extensive clinical experience provides a strong foundation for my work with sexual function concerns and allows me to integrate medical, psychological, and relational perspectives when supporting clients.
I am a COSRT Registered Sex and Relationship Therapist and hold an Advanced Menopause Certification, with a particular interest in the impact of menopause on sexuality, intimacy, and relationships.
I have also completed Level One Training in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) with Terry Real. This approach informs my work with couples, helping partners identify and change the patterns that keep them stuck, strengthen communication, and build more connected and fulfilling relationships.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertake further training to ensure my practice remains current, evidence-based, and responsive to the needs of my clients.
