About me
I am an integrative therapist who offers a calm, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly and be heard without judgement. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to work at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. I work integratively, drawing on different therapeutic approaches to support your individual needs.
I work with adults and teenagers (16+) experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, and life changes. I offer sessions in both Polish and English, so you can speak in the language that feels most natural to you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am committed to ongoing learning and regularly take part in CPD to ensure my practice remains ethical, reflective, and up to date.
My experience includes working with Little Miracles, where I supported families and parents of children with disabilities, as well as working with Peterborough Counselling Service. I have also worked at a Regional College in Peterborough, supporting teenagers with a range of emotional and personal difficulties.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Individual therapy sessions are £50. I also offer reduced fees where needed, as I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss this.
Further information
The foundation of my work is the therapeutic relationship, as I believe feeling safe, understood, and supported is key to meaningful change.
I mainly offer longer-term therapy, while also being happy to accommodate short-term work where appropriate. At present, I offer online sessions only and provide lower fees for clients who may need financial support.
