About me
I am a Polish-born therapist with a deep passion for supporting personal growth and emotional well-being across all ages. My work includes counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP, and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT).
My core expertise lies in working with children and young people - a field I’ve been dedicated to for over eight years.
My training, completed in both Poland and the UK, allows me to take a pluralistic approach to therapy. I thoughtfully integrate elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred, and psychodynamic models, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each client. I also use creative therapeutic tools such as neurographics, which offer children and teens a dynamic, visual way to express themselves and explore emotions.
For many years, I worked in a high school setting, where I supported students aged 13 and up in navigating complex emotional, behavioural, and social challenges - including emotional regulation, SEN (Special Educational Needs), and trauma. This experience has equipped me with a deep sensitivity to the needs of younger clients, and the ability to build trusting, supportive therapeutic relationships.
Though my primary focus is on children and adolescents, I also work with adults and families, always aiming to create safe, adaptable, and empathetic spaces where lasting growth can take place. I’m currently expanding my skills through training in the provocative approach, continuing my lifelong curiosity about how people grow, heal, and find strength - even in the most difficult circumstances.
