About me
Hi there!
My name is Molly. I am a licensed counsellor and fundamentally a person that genuinely cares. I understand that life can come with challenges that can feel overwhelming to navigate. I offer online counselling and hope to provide a space where you feel heard and safe to talk, without worrying about judgement.
My approach to counselling is rooted in my belief that we are all unique individuals going through our own journeys. I am not here to tell you what you should or shouldn't be doing. I hope by offering a space for you to talk through what you are going through we can work towards creating a deeper level of self awareness. Allowing you to understand what tools and support you need to help you.
Training, qualifications & experience

Education and Qualifications:
I hold a BACP accredited degree in counselling, where I received comprehensive training in therapeutic techniques and ethics.
I have completed training in mindfulness, eating disorders as well as grief & loss. This enables me to incorporate these techniques into sessions.
Client Experience:
I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique life experiences and challenges. My client experience includes assisting individuals dealing with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, and grief and loss.
Approach:
I believe in a person-centered approach to counseling, where you are at the heart of our sessions. Your unique needs, strengths, and goals guide our work together.
Continual Growth:
I am committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring that I stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic approaches and best practices in the field.
Professional Affiliation:
I am a proud member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), which reflects my commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
