About us
As a Scottish based charity we believe in the transformative power of counselling to create lasting change – encouraging personal growth, improving relationships and getting lives back on track.
Our core services – psychotherapy, trauma therapy, and perinatal counselling – offer a lifeline to families and individuals. For professionals and organisations, we deliver specialist training that strengthens professional practice, supports aspiring counsellors, and helps make workplaces more safe and inclusive.
Our services are trauma-informed, centring our clients emotional, psychological and physical safety. Our purpose-designed office in Greenock ensures all our sessions are undertaken in a secure, comfortable and confidential environment. We also offer video counselling for those living further afield.
Counselling sessions are priced at an affordable rates with a contribution based option available for Inverclyde residents.
We also provided clinical supervision for counsellors student counsellors and other individuals and workplaces who require it. Contact us for further information.
Training, qualifications & experience
We have a number of therapists and supervisors with different modalities including CBT, Person -Centred, Psychodynamic therapy, Integrative Therapy. As well as therapists offering specialist somatic based therapies for trauma including EMDR, IFS and CRM.

COSCA is the professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in Scotland, and seeks to advance all forms of counselling and psychotherapy and the use of counselling skills by promoting best practice and through the delivery of a range of sustainable services. COSCA Counsellor Accreditation is a pathway to entry onto the UKRC. It is a requirement of all individual and organisational members of COSCA to abide by its Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice and be accountable to the Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

MindMosaic is a COSCA recognised organisation. Therapists are usually accredited by COSCA or BACP however may hold accreditation with a different accredited organisation dependant on their modality.
