BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist & EMDR Practitioner

About me

Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. You might be feeling anxious, depressed, stressed, or overwhelmed. You maybe facing challenges at work or in your relationships, or struggling with low self-esteem. If you have experienced trauma, whether in childhood or adulthood, you might be affected by painful memories, flashbacks, or nightmares that continue to disrupt your life, even years after the event.

I am an accredited CBT therapist and EMDR practitioner offering online therapy. Before becoming an EMDR and CBT therapist, I spent many years working as a qualified counsellor, building a strong foundation in supporting clients through a wide range of challenges.

I treat depression, anxiety (including generalised anxiety, health, and social anxiety), panic attacks and panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and low self-esteem. I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation with no commitment to continue. Please email or call to check my availability.

This is not an exhaustive list. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your specific needs.
