About me

Welcome. If you are feeling completely exhausted from carrying the heavy weight of life, everyone else’s expectations, walking on eggshells, or overriding your own boundaries, you are in the right place. Life transitions, hidden burnout, and old emotional loops can leave us feeling disoriented, but you do not have to navigate the fog alone.

As a registered practitioner holding an MSc in Clinical Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling, I blend deep clinical expertise with genuine warmth. Together, we will create a safe, compassionate space to regulate your nervous system, unpack distress, and firmly rebuild your clarity, peace, and personal authority.

I understand how isolating it feels to carry your struggles alone. My own life experiences, combined with advanced clinical training, allow me to meet you with genuine empathy and a deep, down to earth understanding.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a highly qualified, Master’s-level therapist holding an MSc in Foundations of Clinical Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and strictly adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

To ensure the absolute highest standards of safety and containment for my clients, I participate in regular independent clinical supervision. My practice is fully live, compliant, and professionally insured through Holistic Insurance Services.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
