About me
I am an HCPC registered integrative psychotherapist with an MA in Art Psychotherapy, training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT). My approach is fundamentally person-centred and I prioritize letting the therapeutic process evolve naturally, allowing you the space to explore at a pace that feels comfortable for you. However, I can also provide a more directive, structured process when helpful, ensuring you always feel supported and guided. My private practice is based in Summertown, Oxford.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have experience working with a range of relationship and other issues concerning mental health, including family issues, depression, anxiety, stress, sexual and physical abuse, aloneness, bereavement, low self-esteem and trauma.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
