About me
I’ve been working as a Psychotherapist since 2008. I worked in one of the London Priory Hospitals and later in the NHS. I now have a Private Practice.
I love my work! Helping people overcome their difficulties and seeing the difference this makes to their lives is very rewarding.
I work with adults who are experiencing any kind of emotional upset - whether it stems from the distant past or more recent experiences. I have extensive experience working with trauma. I also work with people who are low in mood / depressed, as well as with various types of anxiety disorders (including social anxiety, phobias, health anxiety, among others). I am also able to help people who feel dissatisfied with their life, and would like to change it, but either don't know how or are unsure what they want.
I offer EMDR, CBT and Integrative Therapy (in person and Online).
