About me

I offer person-centred counselling which puts all your thoughts and feelings at the heart of my work.

I may also use other methods of therapy in my work depending on your individual therapeutic needs that will only ever be tailored for your best interests.

You will find me warm, empathetic and genuine in my responses to you and whatever you want to discuss with me in strictest confidence. I work with all genders LGBTQI+ and welcome everyone.

I am experienced in helping people to manage their anxiety and stress levels in their home and work life. I have also worked as a volunteer for St Richard's Hospice as a trained counsellor helping people through their grief, loss and bereavement.

I work in a strictly ethical and confidential manner, adhering to The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society Code of Ethical Practice, which is the equivalent of the BCAP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

I am an Accredited Registrant of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS).

If you feel ready to invest in yourself and feel better, please call or email me to discuss your needs- I look forward to meeting you.

Kind wishes,

Mel
