About me
I know that it is often scary taking the first step in seeking support for the issues and challenges you may be facing. That is why my main aim is to create a safe and collaborative environment that gives you the therapeutic space to navigate these challenges and unlock your full potential.
How I work:
I understand that every individual is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. That's why I take an integrative approach to counselling, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, psychodynamic and person-centred therapy. This allows me to tailor the counselling session to you and your goals.
What I can support you with:
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, body issues or simply seeking personal growth and self-discovery I'm here to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences openly and authentically. Together we will work to identify underlying patterns, develop coping strategies and create positive change in your life.
What to expect:
After receiving notification that you are interested in starting your counselling journey I will contact you directly to arrange an initial consultation where I will ask you to outline why you want to start counselling and what you would like to gain from the process. We will spend this time getting to know each other and answering any questions you may have so you can decide if I am the right fit for you.
The sessions that follow will be 50 minute sessions guided by you. This is your time to talk about the issues and concerns that are the most important to you.
How to reach me by email:
If you would like to drop me an email to find out more or ask any questions you can do so just here.
