About me

My passion is supporting people to grow in self-awareness, process their emotions, tackle their issues and work towards lasting change. I provide confidential, professional counselling for individuals facing a variety of issues. I also love working with individuals who support others (whether personally or professionally) and struggle to find support themselves.

If you're looking to gain a better understanding of what is driving your behaviours, thoughts or feelings in order to work through them effectively in a safe and non-judgemental environment - perhaps I can help.

I'm an Integrative Counsellor which means that I pull from different modalities to best support client's individual needs in a professional and non-judgemental environment. Together we explore patterns, emotions and challenges to enable a deeper understanding of what is driving certain behaviours, thoughts or emotions. Client's often find that self-awareness adds clarity, enables change and aids emotional processing.

I believe that we are the best versions of ourselves when we invest in self-care, personal development and our own healing. This not only greatly benefits us but all those around us too. With the right support, I believe that everyone has the potential to heal, grow and enact positive change.

If you think I could be of help, please do get in touch. I'd love to hear from you and see whether we can work through your unique counselling journey together.

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Plenty of parking is available on the premises and there is a lift to aid accessibility.
