About me
Hello, I'm Mathilde.
I'm a Therapeutic Coach, Counsellor, and Supervisor with over 16 years experience. My work sits at the intersection of deep therapeutic exploration and purposeful, forward-focused change.
Therapeutic coaching is the heart of what I do. It's both therapy and personal development coaching, woven together. I work with adults who are working through a turning point: a life transition, a persistent sense of being stuck, or a quiet knowing that something needs to shift. Together, we go beneath the surface to understand what's really going on and then we build from there. The result is lasting change, not just temporary relief. Clients gain a clarity in themselves, where they want to go and how to get there while also feeling equipped to work through future challenges.
People often come to me with experiences of anxiety, low confidence, relationship difficulties, career uncertainty, bereavement, chronic illness, or a general sense that life has lost its direction.
My approach is integrative, drawing on counselling, psychotherapy, creative arts therapy, and personal development coaching to tailor the work to you. I also offer between-session support, so the work doesn't stop when the session does.
I am also a qualified Supervisor, offering reflective, integrative supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, and coaches. My supervision style as high nurture, high challenge: a space where you are held, but also encouraged to stretch yourself. I bring curiosity and openness into every session, creating the conditions for supervisees to work through the complexities of their practice, build confidence, and invest meaningfully in their own development.
Additionally, I provide counselling for young people aged 11–18, and creative coaching workshops for individuals and groups.
I work both in person and online.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
If you're ready to stop going in circles and start moving forward with real clarity, I'd love to connect.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
My fees vary depending on the service whether that's a therapeutic coaching package, supervision, counselling for young people, or a group programme. I don't believe in committing before you're ready and have all the information, which is why I offer a free discovery call before anything else. It's an opportunity for us to explore what you need, how I work, and whether we're the right fit.
