MNCPS (Accred) Transactional Analysis Therapist

About me

If you are reading this, you might be all too familiar with the loop. It is that exhausting cycle of endless scrolling, late night overthinking, and waking up with a heavy sense of brain fog. You might feel like you are living life on autopilot, reacting to stress the same way you did years ago, or sounding like a harsh, critical parent to yourself. When your phone is full of noise and your mind is full of anxiety, it is incredibly easy to lose your sense of identity and direction.

I do not believe therapy should feel cold, clinical, or like another chore on your to do list. My approach is rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA), a collaborative, conversational framework that helps us unpack the hidden psychological scripts and early life patterns you carry. Together, we will look at the old loops playing out in your here and now, giving you the clarity to look up from the screen, quiet the background noise, and make different choices today.

How We Will Work Together

Our therapeutic space is a collaborative partnership and a grounded sanctuary. I want to hear the story of your life, told entirely in your own words. My hope is for our therapy space to be a space for the whole of you, a place to celebrate the wins, your interests, and who you love, as much as a room for us to reflect on what has not been working. Whether you are struggling with a lack of focus, navigating a difficult transition, or simply feeling lost at sea in a hyper connected world, we will work with each other, not at each other.

We start with a completely free, no pressure 30 minute video call to see if we are the right fit. If we choose to move forward, we establish a clear contract for change, which is a shared goal so you always know exactly what you are working toward.

About Me

I am an NCPS accredited therapist with hundreds of hours of clinical experience. My journey to this work began with my own personal therapy in my twenties, navigating my own periods of feeling directionless and disempowered. Alongside my private practice, my extensive background coordinating community mental health interventions for West Sussex Mind has given me deep insight into providing grounded, holistic, and practical support for modern mental burnout.
