About me
Hello and thanks for visiting my profile. My initial approach will focus closely on your experience of life right now, and what you think of yourself and your life. Relationship with the self shapes everything. I'll attempt to understand life as you understand it. From there we can move on to explore alternative approaches.
Everyone has the capacity to affect change and address life-long, firmly established thought patterns and self stories, as difficult as this might seem. We can work on those changes together.
I work with people experiencing a range of different issues, from anxiety and depression, to self esteem, focus, addiction, and much more. These are often very closely connected, and any client can always bring any issue. However, I have a special interest in trauma, and how it inevitably shapes the human experience.
I offer one-to-one online sessions, which can be conducted via video call or audio call. Thanks for reading. Please send a message to find out more about how we might work together.
