About me

I work mainly with clients with anxiety, OCD, depression and trauma, as well as working with those with relationship issues.

Sessions may be carried out via phone, online, in person or any combination of these to suit preference/need.

During our first session I will listen, really listen to what you have to say.

Together we will explore what you would like to achieve as a result of our time together.

As a Human Givens therapist it is my aim to help you to get you to where you need to be in the shortest time possible. In order to achieve this, I will use a number of different approaches including cognitive, behavioural, the Rewind Technique for trauma and phobias, interpersonal and coaching.

Psychoeducation plays an important role in the work that I do. For example, the cycle of depression, based on the latest scientific understanding of the causes of depression  is a useful tool.

During each of our sessions we will work together to help you move forward with your life, imagine what that would look like for you and how your life could be different.
