As Accredited Sexual Diversity Therapist I work with identity and sexuality, gender-fluidity and diversity issues, internalised phobias, anger and lighter forms of aggression, HAART and HRT support.

Theoretical Approach: Integrative Psychotherapy ( influences: Psychoanalysis, Existential, Humanistic), ACT Group Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, DBT

As an integrative psychotherapist I work across a wide range of areas and interests, lifestyle and relationship issues, anxiety, existential emptiness, loss of meaning, bereavement and loss, trauma ,cry spells, people pleasing and mood disorders (anxiety and depression), past abuse (addiction and prevention of relapses), ageing and later life concerns. As an accredited sexual diversity therapist I work with identity and sexuality, gender-fluidity and diversity issues, internalised phobias and anger.

Sessions can be conducted in English, Italian and German. I offer both short-term (usually 12 sessions) and long-term work.

Training, qualifications & experience

My trainings are strictly related to my personal experiences. My attention to language and the extensive cross cultural knowledge along with humanistic studies set off my journey within the talking therapies field. I started as a hypnotherapy practitioner and in time extended my practice to integrative counselling, psycho sexual therapy, NLP, ACT and DBT.

Two decades of experience in assisting and management within both the military and civil aviation provided the platform which set off my interest in inner healing. My cross-cultural experience of previous work with continuous training have provided and are providing me the integrative and inclusive attitude which characterises both my training attitude and professional awareness.

I graduated in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology at Regent's University London. Additionally I fulfilled the requirements for and was awarded with "Alternative Sexualities Certificate" issued by Pink Therapy and "Train the Trainers- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy" - Group Protocol for Improving Employee Well Being and Performance issued by University of London's P. Flaxman and City and Hackney Mind. Finally I deliver DBT to individuals and groups.

I started graduating  as a 7-PATH Self Hypnosis Teacher (Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnotherapy) in California and currently am practising in London and Rome.

Additionally, I was awarded with "Alternative Sexualities Certificate" issued by Pink Therapy and "Train the Trainers- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy" - Group Protocol for Improving Employee Well Being and Performance issued by Mind. Finally I am a Pink Therapy Clinical Associate and organise ACT, DBT and Hypnosis Workshops  across the UK and Italy.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
