About me

I offer online therapy in English, German, and Italian – whether you need short-term support or deeper exploration.

I believe that healing begins in safe, culturally aware spaces—where every part of you is welcome. Whether you're facing anxiety, recurring emotional patterns, or moments of existential reflection, or else is just complicated, my aim is to walk with you through the discomfort and help you make meaning from your experiences.

Having lived across Europe and worked with many diverse cultures, I bring genuine understanding to issues around your unbalance between inner and outer world, relationship complexities, identity and sexuality.

I also specialise in body image, substance use / addiction (including Chemsex), BDSM/kink, and non-monogamy.  I specialise in body image, substance use / addiction (including Chemsex), BDSM/kink, and non-monogamy.

Whether you're facing emotional overwhelm, struggling with identity or relationships, or simply seeking deeper meaning in life—you're not alone. Healing starts with reaching out, and is a powerful first step.

I'm a BACP-qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and provide a confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences at your own pace.

My style is warm, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based practices. You are the expert of your experience—my role is to help you reconnect with your voice, power, and clarity

My practice draws from a rich blend of therapeutic traditions—Psychoanalytic, Existential, Humanistic, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and DBT—tailored to your unique needs and story. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I support clients navigating:

Relationship and lifestyle challenges
Anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem
Burnout and loss of motivation
“Existential emptiness” or feeling stuck in life
Bereavement and grief
Trauma and past abuse
People-pleasing tendencies and emotional withdrawal
Ageing, life transitions, and questions of identity in later life

I believe that healing begins in safe, culturally aware spaces—where every part of you is welcome. Whether you're facing anxiety, recurring emotional patterns, or moments of existential reflection, my aim is to walk with you through the discomfort and help you make meaning from your experiences.

Training, qualifications & experience

Bridging Inner Healing with Intercultural Understanding

My professional path is deeply rooted in personal experience. With over two decades of service in military and civil aviation, I developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and emotional resilience. These high-stakes, multicultural environments shaped my awareness of the inner world—and sparked a lifelong journey into the healing professions.

As someone who has lived and worked across borders and cultures, I bring a nuanced understanding of how identity, language, and heritage shape emotional experiences. This intercultural sensitivity, combined with a strong background in humanistic studies, continues to inform my therapeutic work today.

With an intercultural perspective, I honour how culture, migration, heritage, and language shape your identity and emotional world. My practice is a safe space for those navigating intersectional issues, including expats, bicultural individuals, and anyone seeking therapy in a way that respects their background and values.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
