About me
I have practiced as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor in a Low-cost organisation and in the NHS. I have worked with clients with anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression (including post-natal depression), life changes, death anxiety, bereavement, loneliness, stress, work related stress, attachment disorders, family or health issues, suicidal or self-harm ideation.
I mainly worked with clients who have relationship difficulties. We have explored issues that are impacting their relationship. In many relationships the main issue can be communication. Therapy can help you to identify the main barriers in your relationship and to identify your individual needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have studied Psychodynamic, Existential and Humanistic psychotherapy as part of my degree. I have learnt different strategies which can be used for clients with difficulties.
I work in an Integrative way, but my modality is more leaning towards Psychodynamic and Existential approaches. I also work with clients in a creative way for them to explore their inner selves.
In addition, I support clients in many cases to acknowledge their deeper thoughts. I provide non-judgemental and safe space for my clients where trust is built.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
