About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I work in a variety of ways to suit you.
I will work with you to explore what's going on for you and I will help you to navigate through whatever the issue may be. Perhaps it's stress, anxiety, self-esteem or maybe you just feel lost and want to find out who you are and start prioritising yourself. Whatever it may be we will work together and I will help you feel empowered to live a happier more fulfilled life where you have the confidence to be the best version of yourself.
I also have personal and professional experience of working with neurodiversity such as autism and ADHD.
Training, qualifications & experience
- CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
- CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling studies
- CPCAB Level 4 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling
Experience a variety of mental health difficulties including:
Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, relationship breakdown, imposter syndrome, domestic abuse and bereavement.
Also experience of working with clients with neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and autism.

Online Counselling offered at £35 per 50 minute session (currently no availability)
Face to face appointments are £45 per 50 minute session.
Discount offered for student counsellors.
