About me
I specialise in helping people with late diagnosed neurodivergence, as well as parents, grandparents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people. Life can feel overwhelming with neurodivergence in your life, but I can provide a safe space for you to release and share what's affecting you.
I also specialise in bereavement and sudden death. Losing someone suddenly, or being witness to a sudden death can be traumatising and difficult to understand initially. I have experience in helping people come to terms with loss.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where I work with adults and young people to help them explore the difficulties and challenges they bring. I work with a person-centred approach, respecting each person’s ability to guide their own healing and development.
Person‑centred therapy is a warm, collaborative approach that places you at the heart of the process. It’s built on the belief that people grow best in an environment of empathy, acceptance, and genuine human connection. Rather than directing or analysing, the therapist offers a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
This approach helps you deepen self‑understanding, build trust in your own inner wisdom, and move toward a more authentic, empowered way of living. It’s gentle, respectful, and grounded in the idea that you already hold the resources you need for change.
Face to face appointments available in Clapham, Bedfordshire, from summer 2026.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
