About me
Time and space to explore what’s going on for you.
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling to make sense of how you’re feeling, or finding yourself stuck in roles or patterns but don’t quite understand how you got there?
I aim to offer a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, unpick your thoughts and feelings, and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come - we can work together at your own pace, without judgement, and with space for all parts of you to be heard.
As an integrative practitioner, I draw on different therapeutic approaches and can tailor our sessions to you and what feels most helpful. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and we can work together to find a way of working that feels right for you.
My aim is to offer you a warm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s happening, make sense of your experiences, and, together, find a way forward.
What to expect?
I believe that the relationship between therapist and client lies at the heart of successful therapy. I offer a free 20-minute initial call via telephone or Zoom, where you can ask any questions and I can explain how we might work together. After that, if you feel happy to proceed, we can book in our first session.
Sessions usually take place weekly and last 50 minutes.
Sessions are available in person at our practice rooms in Haslemere, or online via Zoom.
I offer both long-term and short-term therapy. I would usually suggest we review where we are together every 6 weeks.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
