About me

Therapy facilitates the journey to find our unique sense of self and what that means for us. Many of us live according to what we deem is expected of us, compromising living a life that nurtures who we truly are.

Life might have been good but we have been put off track. Life might have presented considerable challenges which make it hard to cope affecting our feelings and emotions, impacting on relationships, our health..... perhaps it feels hard to keep going.

We need to pay attention to how we are thinking and feeling in order to find what our pain is telling us.

I believe therapy enables us to explore that pain, taking us on a journey of recovery.

Until we allow ourselves to choose what is right and to reject what feels wrong, to live according to our own needs, considering our own goals we cannot be fulfilled or happy.

Therapy empowers us to  navigate our way to find who we really are and to live authentically.

I feel it important to express my conviction that everybody should embrace the opportunity to look to therapy. I warmly invite that opportunity. If you are closer to your twilight years where loss, adjustment, health and feeling alone are only too familiar it is always a good idea to reach out.
