About me

Hi, and welcome to my profile. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the next step to wellness, therapy can provide the space for reflection and growth. My aim is to empower you to reconnect with your strengths, explore new perspectives, and navigate challenges in a way that is aligned with your values and goals.

I work with an integrative approach, which allows each session to meet your individual needs by ensuring that you feel heard, valued, respected and understood. I prioritise creating a warm, mutual and empathetic environment where we can work together to identify the root causes of your challenges so that you can begin to discover steps towards your therapeutic or healing journey.

Whether you’re looking for help with managing anxiety, low mood, isolation, loss, overcoming past trauma, improving your relationship with others, or navigating life transitions, I’m here to support you every step of the way. You are not alone.

I am here to listen without judgement, walk alongside you in making discoveries and connections both past and present that may be getting in the way of fulfilment and contentment.

If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing or personal growth, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can discuss your needs and find the right approach to support that feels authentic to you and your therapeutic goals. I can be contacted by email, text message or a call.

I offer short- and longer-term counselling to adults and children (aged 11 and above) with in-person appointments being held in Stourbridge and Halesowen as well as telephone sessions too. To help you decide whether to pursue counselling I offer an initial and complimentary 15-minute introductory call to provide a space for you to ask any questions you may have about counselling.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
