Hi, my name is Lora,
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little help to navigate its ups and downs. I’m a qualified Psychotherapist with additional expertise in Hypnotherapy.
My own journey through life’s difficulties has led me to this path, and I’m here to offer you the support and guidance you need.
I approach my work with warmth, compassion, and a deep understanding of the struggles we face.
Whether you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s troubling you, weather life’s storms, and rediscover your sense of self.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic modalities to tailor the support to your unique needs. At the heart of my practice are the core conditions of person-centred therapy: empathy, genuineness, and non-judgement.
I offer counselling online, face to face, telephone, email or text, and Hypnotherapy can be done online or in person.
I am a member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and I have a full DBS.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

- Online, telephone and face-to-face £50 for 50 mins
- Walk & Talk Therapy £65, these sessions are a little longer
- Hypnotherapy £65 per hour
