NCPS Accredited Integrative Counsellor

About me

I work in the South West and remotely, offering Integrative Counselling, Psychotherapy and Life Coaching.

  • Are you suffering from grief from a bereavement or the effects of a relationship breakdown?
  • Do you need support as you are working through an addiction?
  • Fearful as a result of trauma or suffering from PTS (post traumatic stress)?
  • Experiencing emotions as the result of going through the menopause?
  • Suffering from anxiety or depression?
  • Are you wanting clarity on next steps after a significant life change?
  • Do you want to find clarity around an idea or exploration, to then turn into actionable strategies for success?

Whatever you need, I’m here to help.

Working integratively means that I can work with many different theories and interventions to support you in your journey, experience and healing. I offer in person sessions and we can also work together online or over the telephone.

Counselling is often about being with emotional pain, about offering a space to allow the pain to be felt and shared. It develops more capacity to let the experience of our lives fully in, creating more space for, and contact with, the fullness of our human experience. Not pushing it away but rather, with my support, inviting it in, attending to it and making space for it alongside our feelings of joy, love and connection.

Psychotherapy enables you to go deeper and explore how your lived experiences, patterns, and unconscious processes have shaped who you are and how you feel; this work involves deep personal reflection.

All of this happens at your pace and in a way that you can feel comfortable with. Yes, I’m sure there will be challenges but I’ll always work in a way where you are choosing the level of that challenge.
