About me
I offer counselling, psychotherapy and coaching. Being an Integrative Counsellor means that I can work with different theories and interventions to support you in your journey, experience and healing.
It may be that you need support to bring clarity and language to how you feel and behave or help to understand yourself better. You may be suffering from loss or bereavement or struggling to integrate other life experiences like the breakdown of a relationship or redundancy. You may be dealing with past experiences that have had a significant impact on your life and feel ready to explore them in a different way.
All of this happens at your pace and in a way that you can feel comfortable with. Yes, I'm sure there will be challenges but I'll always work in a way where you are choosing the level of that challenge.
I work with a range of people with diverse issues, including:
- Relationship issues
- Self-esteem and confidence
- Spirituality
- Emotional Abuse
- Loneliness
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Sexuality
- Addiction
- Bereavement
- Grief
- Attachment
- Neurodiversity
- Trauma
