About me
As a Counsellor and Life Coach it is my sincere intention to offer you a safe and confidential space, where you will be able to explore all your dissatisfactions and concerns and help and support you towards making the changes you would like in your life.
So if you are tired of the constant negative and anxious chatter in your head, feeling totally unmotivated and disappointed with life and feel this is having a very negative impact on your relationships, working life and life generally. Then don't continue to despair and find the solutions you need to improve your life and your current situation.
We cannot change what is going on around us, until we start to change what is going on within us. We are what we think, so if we think negatively we will behave negatively and attract negativity to us. When we are happy and positive inside we attract happiness and positivity into our lives.
Life Coaching
The life coaching I offer is based on over 20 years of my own experience and self knowledge and study.
We look simplistically at how the brain works so you can understand why you think and behave the way you do.
We look at core values and beliefs you are living your life by but are probably unaware of. If some of these are unhealthy or no longer relevant we can change them.
We look at your personality traits and make sense of them and celebrate or change them.
Without setting goals we look at how you want to be in your life and find ways to achieve this in a gentle, kind and loving way, so you can become the best version of yourself living the best life you can.

Further information
Under new Government guidelines (please see Gov.uk - Support groups of up to 15 people 08.03.21) I am now able to offer face to face to face counselling sessions again.
Upon entering the property, with a face mask on (I will be also wearing a face mask) I ask you to use the provided hand sanitiser. You will then be seated on a sofa covered in a freshly boiled sheet so there is no cross contamination from any previous clients.
I have a big perspex screen (please see the photograph provided above) situated between myself and clients for safety and once we are seated clients, if they choose are able to remove their face masks.
Upon leaving the property I again ask Clients to wear their face mask (as I do) to ensure the safety of all concerned.
"I cannot thank Lisa or recommend her highly enough. Her patience, understanding, honesty and professionalism together with her lack of judgement helped me reach a place where I could truly start to understand why I was going through depression and anxiety. Through her understanding and abilities in counselling, Lisa helped me work through my problems and regain a strength of mind that I thought I had lost. Not only am I through the depression and anxiety but I also have a renewed vigour for life and a deeper connection with my spiritual side. Opening up to a stranger wasn’t easy but what I have achieved by doing so has been so worth it."
