About me
I am a dedicated and compassionate Counselling Psychologist with over fifteen years of experience working in the NHS and private sector. I have extensive experience of assessing and treating clients (adults, children and groups) across a broad range of NHS healthcare settings. This has included work in GP surgeries, primary care, IAPT and community mental health teams (CMHTs). Within these settings, I have provided high quality evidence-based psychological therapies to people who present with a range of mental health difficulties from mild, and moderate to severe and enduring.
I am committed to finding the best methods to address your concerns, and as such I adopt a bespoke approach to psychotherapy. I am trained as an integrative Counselling Psychologist, which means I am able to use different evidence based theoretical approaches (in isolation or combination) and tailor these to suit your specific and individual needs.
My aim is to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic space for you to explore your emotional, behavioural, cognitive or relational difficulties, to help you to overcome your challenges, and to facilitate your personal growth.
