Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered, qualified and insured psychotherapist and counsellor, hypnotherapist and holistic health care specialist.
I have worked for a very well known private healthcare company for 5 years supporting clients and their mental health.
Additional to this I have worked in a successful private practice since 2021 supporting clients in holistic healthcare and hypnotherapy.
I am a pluralistic therapist, which involves a collaboration between therapist & client, in finding the best way to address your concerns, shared decision making, by using different modalities, as no one approach suits all, pluralistic counselling can lead to a more responsive, fluid approach to suit your needs. As a pluralistic counsellor I recognise that different clients need different things at different times. I can use different counselling skills and approaches in your therapeutic journey including cognitive behavioural skills, person centred skills and a psychodynamic approach which explores past, present and future thoughts and feelings.
I have worked with 100's of clients and having the knowledge and experience of holistic healthcare combined with my psychotherapy and my counsellor training has proven to be a great recipe in supporting my clients.
