About me

*10% discount off all EMDR sessions until end of October*

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, Supervisor, and Trainer with over 20 years experience of working with individuals, groups and families who have experienced Mental health difficulties including anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder and depression.

During this time I have worked for the NHS, Private sector, the local authority and  Education system.

I specialise in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety.

I work with professionals and businesses at all levels, individuals and families.
I have experience of working with organisations offering EAP, and offering support and guidance to employers.

At Baldwin Therapy we have a qualified mental health nurse who offers EMDR for trauma and mental health consultations for individuals or organisations.

We are all different and many of us go through times in our lives where we need extra help and support. It is often difficult to share our thoughts and feelings with those we love and those who are closest to us. I provide a safe, comfortable, confidential environment and offer warmth and understanding enabling you to gain control over areas of your life that you are unhappy with and to achieve the better life you deserve.

I am a Qualified Supervisor and offer affordable supervision to student counsellors and qualified counsellors. We also offer EMDR and PSI therapy as part of our service.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
