About me
Hello, and welcome. I provide a safe, warm, non-judgemental space, where we can work together to explore, with gentle curiosity, what is going on for you, and how to find your own way forward.
You might be feeling lost, alone or overwhelmed. You might not know how to talk about how you're feeling, because you're not really sure how to find the words, or even where to begin to start making sense of everything. It might feel like things will stay this way forever.
By working together, we can start to make sense of how you feel, help you to develop a better understanding of yourself and your experience, and support you to find your own ways to move towards healing, change and growth.
I will work with you, at your pace. You can bring whatever you feel comfortable with, and I will never force you to talk about something you don't feel ready to.
I have experience working within a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, low self esteem, difficult family relationships, self harm and suicidal thoughts.
I'm a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, working with individuals 18+. I offer mainly face to face sessions, although can work remotely if preferred.
