About me

Sometimes life can become overwhelming and there is no shame in asking for help. I believe in the power of talking therapy to ignite transformation and uncover the power of self discovery.

Through frank discussion and the building of a professional relationship your navigation through life's difficult journey can be eased. I aim to help allow you the freedom to discover things which are most important to you; for holding on to, and for letting go of.

My integrative approach means I do not have a pre-conceived idea of what will work best for you, instead I work with you to discover which therapeutic style is most appropriate for you. You, the client, are in control of your journey and I am the facilitator.

I offer you an opportunity to explore, discuss and uncover the things that have been causing you pain. I work with you to build an alliance in which you can feel safe and supported to address your deepest fears and problems without fear of judgement or reprisal.

I offer in person sessions in Witney, Oxfordshire and also online sessions. I have appointments available in the day and the evening.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice (psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT) (Prof. Dip. Psy. C.)

A bachelors degree in English studies and Creative Writing (2013) (BA Hons.)

I am studying for a masters degree in Psychology (2025)

I have three years of experience, and have worked initially with survivors of domestic abuse and more recently in a generalised setting working with family problems, identity and transgender issues, relationship, anxiety, stress and more.
