About me

I offer a space to Heal, Grow, and Feel Like Yourself Again.

Life can feel really heavy at times. Maybe you’re going through a painful breakup, feeling stuck in survival mode, or caught in a cycle of self-doubt and second-guessing yourself. Maybe you’ve lost sight of who you are and just want to feel like you again. As human beings, our deepest longing is to feel loved, seen, and valued. When these fundamental needs go unmet, we often develop ways to cope that may help us survive, but not necessarily thrive. These coping mechanisms can become patterns that keep us stuck in cycles of pain, disconnection, or self-doubt.

That’s where I can help. I know that reaching out can sometimes feel daunting, but you don't have to figure it out alone. In our sessions together, you’ll have a safe, supportive space to:

Find some clarity in difficult situations, like a relationship or marital breakdown.
Reconnect with your self-worth and feel more confident in who you are.
Notice your strengths and start trusting your own decisions.
Set healthy boundaries and say no, without guilt or shame.
Make sense of intrusive thoughts and understand where they really come from.
Gently work through trauma so you don’t feel so stuck in survival mode.
Manage overwhelming emotions without slipping into the shame spiral.
Learn to love and trust yourself again.
I believe therapy isn’t just about coping, it’s about creating space to heal, grow, and truly thrive. You don’t have to do this on your own, and reaching out is the first step towards change.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to walk alongside you on your journey.

I'm a counselling therapist trained in a variety of approaches which means I can adapt therapy to fit you. I believe that therapy is not about fixing you because you are not broken, but about creating a safe, empathetic space where you can reconnect with your authentic self.

I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, trauma, ADHD and ASD, and many other issues.

I offer in person sessions in Witney, Oxfordshire and also online sessions. I have appointments available in the day and the evening. There may be some concession sessions available.

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
