About me
"I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you, for you are not broken.
I will not heal you, for I see you in all your wholeness.
I will walk with you through your darkness, as you remember your light"
Hi, my name is Linette.
There are times in life when we all struggle and can feel lost.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to managing on your own. I offer a calm, respectful space where you can feel heard and supported as you are, without any judgment.
You may be feeling overworked and disconnected from yourself or others. Life may lack meaning and ease. You might struggle to set boundaries or understand why you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or emotionally distant. Maybe you notice patterns repeating in your relationships, or find yourself reacting in ways that don't make sense. Perhaps you're navigating a transition, dealing with loss in its many forms, anxiety or low mood, or simply feeling stuck.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters.
I help adults reconnect with themselves by exploring how early experiences shape patterns in relationships, emotions, and sense of self.
I offer a non-judgemental and warm space to explore these experiences, and together we'll understand the ways you became disconnected and work toward greater insight and growth.
I go at your pace and welcome people from all backgrounds and identities.
I am working as an integrative therapist, which means I am trained in three different theories, from which I draw my experience when we are working together.
I am a registered counsellor and member of CPCAB, supporting clients with a range of issues including anger, anxiety, depression, panic, stress, relationship issues, loss, bereavement, separation, divorce, and low self-esteem.
I am looking forward to meeting you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
