About me
I understand that reaching out to a counsellor is a daunting experience. However, when your thoughts and emotions are overwhelming, I am here to listen and support you in making sense of your world.
You will be able to talk openly, free from judgement and you will be heard and accepted.
Our sessions will be a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and concerns and I will help empower you to make your own decisions to reach your goals.
Making important decisions or changes feels unsettling, so we often resist this for fear of the unknown. With support, care and guidance, you will feel able to make the right decisions for you and move forwards positively.
I work in private practice with clients presenting with a variety of issues.
I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
Please feel free to contact me so we can discuss how I can help you.
