I work on an unlimited sessions basis and this would be reviewed regularly with you.
I have 7 years experience, 5 years post qualification.
I offer counselling to adults and young people 16 and over and have worked in a variety of organisations including Primary and Secondary schools. Currently I am working part time for an organisation where I am the Children's Manager and Senior Counsellor, I adhere to the BACP ethical framework.

Thank you. I've really appreciated all the support you've given me over the last months. I've got plenty to think about and to help me in my return to work. Just wanted to let you know that things are going really well at work and with life in general. It's Friday morning and I love this extra time I've got, all thanks to you! So glad I managed to do what I should have done so long ago. Last Friday was the best I had felt in ages - I was buzzing! You've managed to 'reach parts of my brain' others haven't. It's great as it feels like you're there. You've left me with so many strategies to help me cope and every so often, there's something we talked about that pushes me in the right direction. Even had to glance over the old shoulder at work the other day as it seemed you were standing there egging me on. Feeling like a donkey that has picked itself up, shaken off the load and is now pacing itself as it walks along the track (all because of your donkey thing). I felt rock bottom when I first started, through my sessions I kept getting knocked back down but the sessions really helped me to pull back and near the end of sessions I was bouncing back a lot quicker to everything thrown at me. I was referred due to a relationship breakdown and thought I couldn't cope, Lindsay helped me through. My life is now good, the future is good and my outlook on life is good thanks to Lindsay.
