I am a UKCP Registered psychotherapist which means that I abide by a code of ethics to ensure your welfare at all times. As an experienced counsellor / psychotherapist, I offer the space for you to explore what is concerning you, whether it is relationship based or other areas of your life where you would like to make changes. I am curious about what has brought you here and will ask about your experiences, including your values and beliefs, past achievements and things you would like to achieve in the future. An area of specialism is unhealthy relationship patterns, including co-dependent behaviours and how to bring about change to develop new and healthy ways of relating.
My way of working is integrative; put simply, I place you at the centre of our work and ensure that we go at the pace that suits you and with the type of counselling / therapy that suits your individual needs. I can work with you for a brief period or longer if needed.

My practice is currently online only. A 50-minute session is £65
Training, qualifications & experience
UKCP Registered with years of experience in supporting families and individuals. I also have several years of experience within Family and Children's Services supporting vulnerable families, with a focus on family dynamics and parenting support. Additionally, I have a background working in education and supporting young people with a range of issues including low self esteem and behavioural issues.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
