About me
I trained as an integrative transpersonal counsellor, a soulful model that honours your unique life journey. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes - it's about deepening your understanding of yourself, exploring what has shaped you, and creating space for healing and growth.
I use a range of therapeutic styles, allowing us to work together in a way that feels right for you, either short-term or long-term sessions. I meet you where you are - at your own pace, without judgement - and gently help you explore what lies beneath the surface.
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I bring warmth, curiosity, and gentle challenge, creating a relationship where you can safely explore all parts of yourself - the parts you know well and those still emerging.
Training, qualifications & experience
I gained an Advanced Diploma in Integrative and Transpersonal counselling and have been working with clients since 2022.
I bring a wealth of lived experience that deeply informs my practice. I know what it’s like to face challenges both personally and professionally, hold responsibility, and walk through grief.
I’m a single parent of three neurodiverse children, which has given me real insight into the emotional labour of parenting, navigating change, and finding balance.
I’ve worked for over 25 years with young people aged 16+, with ADHD, Autism, and emotional or social difficulties and with my own diagnosis of ADHD and dyslexia late in life, I have a deep, personal understanding of what it means to live in a world that may not always recognise or support neurodivergence and the grief that can surround us when we finally receive a diagnosis.
With a mentoring background, I’ve worked with individuals through major life changes - starting university, entering adulthood, workplace stress, retirement or dealing with uncertainty and overwhelm.
I am a carer for a parent living with dementia, and understand the pain and complexity of loss, grief, and long-term caregiving.
These life experiences allow me to connect with clients in a grounded, empathetic, and human way.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Life in London moves fast, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the constant demands of a high-pressure career or the strain of navigating complex relationships. I work a short distance away from London Bridge station every Monday and offer a calm, non-judgemental space to help you step away from the 'hustle' to reconnect with yourself.
I work in West Sussex the remainder of the week offering both in-person and online at both locations.
