About me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor specialising in eating disorders and clinical hypnotherapy, offering a thoughtful, compassionate space for those seeking deeper understanding and meaningful change.
I work from a pluralistic, integrative approach, which means therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Instead, I tailor our work to you as an individualdrawing on a range of therapeutic models to best support your needs, pace, and goals. My core orientation is psychodynamic, with a strong belief in exploring the unconscious patterns and early experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others today.
Alongside this depth-oriented foundation, I integrate elements of humanistic, Jungian, and cognitive behavioural therapies. I also draw from somatic experiencing, gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, and polyvagal-informed approaches, allowing us to work not only with thoughts and emotions, but also with the body and nervous system.
A central focus of my work is relationships and attachment. Many of the difficulties we experience—whether in romantic relationships, family dynamics, or our relationship with food and our bodies—are rooted in early attachment patterns. You may find yourself repeating cycles of emotional unavailability, anxiety in relationships, or feeling disconnected from your own needs. Together, we gently explore these patterns, helping you understand their origins and how they continue to show up in your life.
My work is particularly attuned to those navigating eating disorders, emotional regulation challenges, and complex relational dynamics. I offer a space where all parts of your experience can be explored safely, at your own pace, and without judgement.
At the heart of my approach is the therapeutic relationship itself—creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to connect more fully with your inner world. From here, we can begin to untangle patterns, build awareness, and move towards a more grounded, secure, and authentic way of being.
You are welcome to get in touch if this way of working resonates with you.

Further information
I specialise in Female therapy. As women we go through so many different stages in life from Maiden, Huntress, Wild Women, Mother, Lover, and Crone and these rights of passage can be extremely hard to navigate on our own. Therapy is extremely important and helpful at certain times in our lives, when we are going through these huge transitions or as I call them rights of passage. Therapy is a time for ourselves to completely put every mask we wear or role we play in our lives down and be just who we are without judgment or advice.
