About me

Hi! My name is Leonne Preshur. I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. As an Integrative Therapist, I make use of person centred, CBT and psychodynamic approaches to cater for client’s individual needs.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, anger management, bereavement etc. (please see extended list below)

My relaxed, approachable demeanour enables clients to feel safe and comfortable to open up at their own pace, free from judgement. I have experience working with both adults and young people.
