Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety or depression? Are you just not feeling yourself at the moment? Are you ruminating about the past or worrying about the future? Together, we can explore your difficulties and discover solutions and coping strategies that work best for you. I offer a non-judgemental, safe space for you to open up and be truly listened to.
I am an NCS accredited Integrative Therapist. I offer support on a range of issues that can have an impact on your mental health including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bereavement, addictions, eating disorders, relationship issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, sexuality, family issues, stress and abuse.
I work with adults aged 16 and above. I am currently providing telephone sessions. Morning and evening sessions available.

Qualifications:
- UUJ Certificate in Counselling.
- University of Ulster Foundation Degree in Counselling.
- Online and Telephone Counselling Certified Counsellor.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
