About me
I work with people who appear to be coping — but feel exhausted inside and are struggling with anxiety. You might be successful, dependable, high-achieving… and still find yourself stuck in the same emotional cycles: overthinking, shutting down, or staying ‘strong’ while quietly burning out.
I’m a relational psychotherapist (MBACP) offering therapy in central London and online. With over 26 years’ experience working with individuals in creative, performance and high-pressure environments, I offer a grounded, collaborative space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Our work is dialogue-based — an active, thoughtful conversation between us. I won’t just listen; I’ll be with you in the room, helping make sense of patterns, feelings, and experiences as they arise. Together, we’ll uncover the roots of distress and develop more compassionate, practical ways of relating — to others, difficult situations and to yourself.
I offer a free initial consultation — a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether this feels like the right space for you, with no pressure to commit.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a Registered Member MBACP psychotherapist with extensive experience working with individuals across Asia, the United States, and Europe. My approach draws on both relational and evidence-based modalities, creating a warm, collaborative space where insight and change can unfold naturally.
Alongside my work in one-to-one therapy, I bring 26 years of experience supporting individuals in international high-performance environments and the entertainment industry. These settings often amplify both our strengths and our vulnerabilities — unearthing anxiety, childhood trauma, perfectionism, and relational patterns that can quietly affect confidence, self-esteem, and emotional wellbeing.
In our work together, we’ll explore the roots of distress and gradually uncover how early experiences may be influencing how you relate to yourself and others — particularly in social, performative, or professional settings. From there, we’ll develop practical tools to improve your inner stability, relationships, and overall mental wellbeing.
My academic background includes a BA from McGill University (Canada), an MA from Johns Hopkins University (USA), and a distinction-level MA in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of London, Goldsmiths. This blend of academic rigour and lived, multicultural experience forms the foundation of my clinical perspective and informs my deep respect for the complexity of human behaviour.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
